Hy-Farm Microgreens is looking for freelance sales agents to help us expand our network of partners in Hungary, Bulgaria, and Greece. 🌍

🔹 What do we offer?
• ✅ Up to 100 qualified leads per month (based on performance)
• ✅ Full training and sales support materials (Google Drive)
• ✅ Access to our CRM system (Monday.com) to manage leads and activities
• ✅ Commission-based earnings – unlimited potential
• ✅ Full flexibility – minimum 2 hours/day, set your own schedule
• ✅ A real opportunity in the fast-growing sustainable agriculture sector

🔹 Commission structure (based on monthly sales):
• 1–2 sales/month: 10% of net revenue
• 3–4 sales/month: 12% of net revenue
• 5+ sales/month: 15% of net revenue

💸 Commissions are paid monthly. Currently, we do not offer bonuses, but we are open to implementing a bonus system in the future.

🔹 Expectations & Support:
• 🎯 Minimum performance: 1 sale/month
• 🎯 Recommended goal: 3 sales/month
• 🕒 Average availability: at least 2 hours/day
• 📄 You must have a legal business entity (freelancer, LLC, etc.) to collaborate and issue invoices
• 📚 You will receive all necessary training materials to understand the product and the sales process

🔹 Who are we looking for?
• ✔️ Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required)
• ✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• ✔️ Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
• ✔️ Passion for urban farming and sustainability
• ✔️ Willingness to work remotely in the target markets (HU, BG, GR)
